 Thank You And Please: Thank You and Please these two words are very important in our daily life.

While sending a mail don't forget to add Thank You at the end of your mail.

Use Please in your mail body. "Please consider my resume for the Helper Job". These two words always create your communication politely and impressively.

Follow up: Instead of waiting around for a phone call, track your email so that you know the moment a hiring manager opens it.

You can take follow up after 3 -5 days after sending your resume or after your interview. Sometimes your response may be positive from the interviewer but due to a communication gap, you may not receive the correct result. Try to take follow-up after 3 -5 days after your interview.
