Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop GT strategy (incl. distribution strategy, customer development) and growth plans for the region in line with business strategy
  • Identify gaps in distribution in region (through market intelligence and competitive benchmarking) and develop strategy to effectively reduce these gaps
  • Ensure distribution for all categories in the region (via same / multi distributor based on potential)
  • Anchor reviews and drive communication in the region to enable delivery of sales revenue and market share goals for the region
  • Forecast sales by category/SKU for the region and engage with offline sales head
  • Drive Channel Partner satisfaction
  • Drive profitability of the region and deliver on revenue and market share parameters
  • Work with Trade marketing manager to plan trade promotions and activations for the region based on market intelligence
  • Lead and drive best-in-class instore execution in all key stores, working with the Trade marketing manager
  • Analyze sales trends in the region - by distributor, sub-brand, SKU etc. to ensure continued growth and take corrective action where required (in collaboration with Trade marketing manager)
  • Gather competitive intelligence to ensure competitive pricing of all products, stay abreast of competition in ATL and BTL to react as necessary by collaborating with the Trade marketing manager
  • Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver on business goals

  • Customer Handling Experience: Both B2B/B2C
  • Team Handling Experience: Any
