Job Description:

We are looking for a young and dynamic“ Management Trainee” to help us develop our business activities. You will be responsible for building a business by identifying and selling products, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.
• Acquiring new merchants.
• Has a flair for numbers and delivering the assigned business targets driving sales activities.
• Customer-centric approach with customers and should be an excellent negotiator.
• Ability to work independently and in teams Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize sales
• Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches

Qualifications:

• MBA in Sales & Marketing
• Familiar with the basic operations of computer
