3. Has a problem solving attitude towards Selling.
4. Has communication skills that create positive outcomes - spoken and written.
5. Excellent email writing skills
6. Very adaptive to new selling strategies in a fast changing market.
7. Expert in leveraging at least one CRM software towards selling smart.
8. Has own vehicle, and a love for the road.

Roles and Responsibilities / Profile Details

Sell a Solution tailor-made with lot of love for a very Specific problem - A Problem faced by every

Residential Community in India and the World.

Generate Leads of Managing Committees of Apartment/Villa Communities.

Present the Product via meetings - offline or online.

Follow up with passion and close deals, meet and exceed targets.

Contribute to Sales Strategy sessions with other Customer facing teams

Diligently Managing Accounts in CRM.

Be appraised with market-happenings and Industry-inputs.

Channelize customer inputs to the the right Product stakeholders

 

Hiring Criteria

 

Salary Range: 400000.00-600000.00

Exp Required: 0.00-4.00 Years

Minimum Education: Graduation
